This is very humiliating but i cant figure out why it hurts when i use a tampon?

i know all about being relaxed, having one leg up on the toilet, inserting it towards your lower back, and all that stuff but when i try to put it in it hurts. and i really don't know what to doThis is very humiliating but i cant figure out why it hurts when i use a tampon?
First off, use a nice brand. Rough card board applicators or dry cotton inserted directly into the vagina may be harsh on your vagina tissue. I would recommend Tampax Pearl Tampons. The smooth plastic applicator is gentler against the dry vaginal tissue. Second off, try using Regular or Light because they are smaller, and less likely to be forced against your vaginal wall or tissue and less likely to rip you or hurt. Make sure you insert the tampon applicator ALL THE WAY in, leaving only the part you hold outside of your vagina. If you do not press the whole tampon in it will cause some discomfort.

If you are still having problems consult a family practitioner or OB/GYN, who may be able to assist you with what the exact problem is, however, I hope my information helped! This is very humiliating but i cant figure out why it hurts when i use a tampon?
It should only hurt if you aren't putting it in far enough.
Try a smaller tampon. When I first started using them, I used one's that were for teens/first time users. I would not try using super plus tampons on your first try.
it goes in the front hole.
Your probably just dry. You should try to put vasaline on the sides of your vagina and then it should slide in easier.
