I have a 10 ton air conditionar for a 750 sq ft room. This room will have data equipment. The total equipment combined will use 9801.36 watts (33422.64 BTU's)
Will this 10 ton be enough to keep the room at 70 degrees temp.

Each 440sq. ft. needs one ton sounds like you have more than enough. But it depends on how air tight the room is.Need to figure out if this air conditioner will be enough.?
Sounds oversized but go to WWW.HVAC-TALK.COM and ask question and also list quantities and types of equipment and number of employees and window area and orientation (east-west etc.) 36,000 btu's is 3 tons.
