Everyone has already said it: DNA testing or paternity testing is the only way you would know for sure. If that is not an option for you, you would need to check for resemblances when the baby is a bit older. The latter isn't absolute proof though.
DNA testing can be conducted prenatally or once the baby is born. It takes a few weeks before you can get the results and it might cost a lot. Good luck!
Sure. Bring pictures of both of them and ask the person doing the ultrasound to hold them up to the screen, maybe you'll see a resemblance.
