I cant figure out how to install the newest version of flash player?

I went on the site to install it, and instead of giving my a download link it takes me to this page:

Which doesnt even give me a download link, it just tells me to click the gold bar at the top of the page. The problem is that there is no gold bar at the top of the page! I keep refreshing the page and everything but no gold bar shows up, so how else can i download it?I cant figure out how to install the newest version of flash player?
