How do you figure out exactly how many calories a day you need just for maintenance?

its all got to do with the BMR. so google bmr calculator and you should be asked questions referring to age, sex, weight, etc... and you will be given a number of calories. eg 1234


you need to eat less than that number to lose weight.How do you figure out exactly how many calories a day you need just for maintenance?
i'm not a spammer...like the last guy...


anyways, i use a program called FitDay. you can probably just look it up and download it. it tells you what calories you burn by doing different activities. and how many nutrients/calories are in different foods. it's a good resource.
