No it is not illegal. No more so then bringing flowers or kneeling at someones grave. If you are trespassing or interfering with a service then you will be liable for tresapassing but there is no recent/current law outlawing dancing on graves. Besides, what if the deceased asked you to dance upon their grave? What if you just get the urge to bust out? Has anyone here seen thriller? The better question is what if the dead come out and start dancing? There should be a law against that.
still wrong
i don't think its illegal cause my friends and i used to play with the Ouija board in the cemetery
It does not matter whose grave it is. It is intrinsically disrespectful to human beings. Although, it all depends on what you feel - after all the 'person' is dead and gone.
Illegal? Probably not. Bad taste? Definitely.
yes it is.
Thats how you make zombies

so please dont dance on someones grave not only is it wrong

you dont want a horde of sombies on the loose now do you
Depends. If they're having a memorial service and you're considered a protester, then yeah, it's kinda illegal (it seems like that bill passed in the Senate, or it was being voted on...I don't know. Don't take the chance.)

If it's an established grave--it's bad form, disrespectful, and considered bad luck but it might not be illegal. Check local laws. And if there are boundaries, chains, velvet ropes, walls--don't cross them to get to graves. And if it's on private property, don't risk it--you'll probably get arrested for trespassing and being a nuisance to the dead.
Give it a try and see what happens. I think it would only be disrespectful at the most.
It depends who it is, but no, I don't think it's illegal
