Can someone show me how to figure this out?

Use the formula P=I^ekt

A bacterial culture has an initial population of 10,000. If it's population declines to 7000 in 2 hours, what will it be at the end of 4 hours?Can someone show me how to figure this out?
P = Ie^kt

7000 = 10,000e^(2k)

7000/10,000 = e^(2k)

0.7 = e^(2k)

ln (0.7) = 2k

k = -0.178

P = Ie^kt

P = 10,000e^(4 x -0.178)

P = 10,000(.490)

P = 4900Can someone show me how to figure this out?
it is not clear can you pleas show more detail
