How do I figure out how much to sell my business for?

I have what's left of a cleaning business...this was a bad year with construction and real estate business going downhill...I was the first person to be cut. I have a couple clients left, but I'm looking to sell what's left of my business and move on to something new. I need to know how to go about figuring out how much to sell it for. :)How do I figure out how much to sell my business for?
